What you can expect

From the 01.07-07.07 2024 we will be in the magnificent Hills of Kayserkaya/Turkey.

The morning yoga classes will be in the Hatha Vinyasa Yoga tradition supported by energizing beats. We will synchronize our movements with the sound and heart rate (BPM).

Basic Yoga knowledge like fundamentals of the Sun Salute are required. Sunset classes will be in Yin Yoga style accompanied by mellow eletronic tunes allowing you to unwind. During the day you can join inspiring workshops on how to improve your Asanas and posture, take part in breath & body work to connect yourself on a deeper level.

On top you will get the chance to experience lots of practical Yoga Philosophy and some dancing to escape the ordinary.

The Location

Kayserkaya Dağ Evleri (Mountain Houses) are located in the Mountains of Şirince, Izmir. With their unique atmosphere they offer us plenty of oxygen and nature to wind down and experience Yoga on a sublime level.

Your Team

ELEKTROYOGA was founded 2019 by Seba Kayan, who combines her love for electronic Music and Yoga. She has hosted the famous Eventseries in Vienna most prestigious Clubs as the first one, establishing this unique format in its wholeness.

In this Week she teams up with Nancy Krüger (happydots.yoga), one of the most famous European Vinyasa Yoga Teachers with a very strong background in Yoga Philosophy.

She is an author for spiritual coaching and her internationally held lightning talks are imprinted by a sense of humor and suitability for everday use. Running her own Yoga Teachers Trainings in Vienna since 8 years, Nancys experience Yoga and all its facets as one of a kind.
